Quality & Ethical Assurance

Here at Vaunt we strive to provide professional quality tools and services, free from issues within customers budget and expectations.

We are committed to:

  • Providing up to date management systems
  • Training and improving our dedicated teams
  • Receiving & understanding the requirements needed to improve
  • Continually review and monitor our business performance across all levels
  • Conducting ourselves in an ethical and considerate manner

With this at the forefront of our managers’ responsibilities, we aim to:

  • Enhance our customer experience and satisfaction at all times
  • Fulfil our customers expectation of high standards across all departments
  • Communicate the importance of meeting our customer satisfaction throughout the business
  • Continue to monitor and improve our quality benchmark through regular audits
  • Ensure our products meet the professional quality expected from professional tradesmen
  • Sustain high morale and positive workplace environment for our staff
  • Minimise any risks faced by staff or customers and encourage safe working practises

Along side our staff and performance obligations, we also recognise the importance of protecting our environment and aim to positively contribute as much as possible. We endeavour to keep this ethos at the forefront of our decision making, and to be mindful of the affect our actions may take across our supply chain.

Which is why from 2019, we had already decided to remove single use plastic from all our product ranges. To this day we have successfully removed over 95% of plastic from our packaging, while still ensuring our products are protected and displayed as expected.

In addition, internally we have moved to become a paperless office, by introducing new digital systems and communication paths to assist with the production of large paper-based projects such as packaging.

We also actively encourage sustainable production throughout our business processes, by reviewing our wastage throughout our product journey and beyond. We aim to reduce as many forms of waste as possible, such as material, energy, production etc by reviewing and analysing our practises and encouraging more economical practices such as using recycled material and reducing pollution of all forms.

To ensure we continue to uphold our environmental concerns our management team seek to:

  • Continue to check and review our standards are up to date with modern situations
  • Ensure our decision making is in line with our environmental obligations
  • Incorporate our environmental factors within our business processes
  • Monitor the effectiveness of our current objectives and strategies
  • Provide resources and practises to help achieve our targets
  • Train and educate our staff in best practises to achieve our objectives
  • Share our knowledge and experience with our customers to help them achieve similar goals

If you feel we have not fulfilled our quality or ethical commitments in anyway please contact us and report it as soon as possible and we will be sure to investigate and respond as soon as possible, rectifying any shortcomings that may have occurred.
