Under the tray lies a one piece, single frame is made of strong 32mm diameter steel tubing with a 1.5mm wall thickness, offering superior build quality.

The frame structure is supported with a welded 4mm thick, 25mm plate cross-brace with additional welded 4.5mm thick protection plates at each impact and stress point, increasing the frame's durability.

The frame also features 25mm diameter, 1.5mm thick welded tray support bars, all fully galvanised for rust prevention; ensuring the frame endures the toughest of worksite conditions!

The DEEP TREAD WHEEL has been designed for the toughest, wettest and boggiest terrains. Thanks to the 25mm deep, thick treads, the wheel perfectly holds its grip on incredibly wet and muddy surfaces*, supporting 150kg loads and adjustable mounting position for easier tipping.

*Although the extra deep tread performs in unstable conditions, its performance can be compromised and less comfortable when used on solid surfaces.
