The Vaunt Body Clamp is an impressive heavy duty clamp providing a maximum clamping force of 5,880Nm, along with cast iron screw clamp offering up to 2,646Nm!

This Vaunt parallel jaw bar clamp set consists of 4 x 1000mm sliding body clamps and 4 x 200mm screw F clamps.

The sliding body clamps offer a large, anti-slip contact surface of 1000mm capacity with a throat depth of 90mm, spreading the force over a wider area and reducing the crushing of fibres. The C45 hardened steel rail, measuring 29mm x 9mm, prevents the clamp from bending or flexing under intense pressure, and includes durable supports to either stand the clamp unaided or to support the clamped material, preventing contact with the steel bar.

The steel clamp rail features deep channels for the clamping mechanism to lock into, ensuring the jaw does not slip or loosen, and by pushing on the clamp screw handle, releases the catch allowing the jaw to slide freely along the rail for quick set ups. The sliding bar clamp can also be inverted, without the use of tools, to create a spreading action of up to 1212mm capacity, and the ergonomic, soft feel grip screw handle can be twisted to tightened and ensure a perfect hold

Included in this pack are the 200mm F clamps, ideal for smaller applications with a clamp capacity of 200mm and depth of 80mm. The cast iron jaws sit upon a hardened C45 serrated steel bar, measuring 22mm x 6mm and ensurse a secure, anti-slip hold. The clamp is ideal for heavy duty use and features a tilting jaw to allow for gripping to tapered or slightly angled workpieces, and features protective caps to prevent marring or damage on clamped material. Pushing on the clamp screw handle, releases the clamp catch allowing the jaw to slide freely along the rail for quick set ups, and the ergonomic, soft feel grip screw handle can be twisted to tightened and ensure a perfect hold
